Lovely, easy and comfortable place to stay. Brilliant being so close to Peppa Pig World! 😀 - Very smart, comfortable and cosy place to stay. We loved how well equipped the kitchen was and really appreciated the tea/coffee selection and the cooking savoury condiments was a nice (and helpful!) touch. 😞 - Larger sofa would’ve been nice and a couple of window repairs needed addressing (which seemed to be in progress)

Excellent comfortable clean and quiet accomodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 😀 - Location was easy to find, peaceful with ample parking. The house was very comfortable with enough beds for all six oof us. . The kitchen was well equipped . Tea bags ,Sugar Coffee pods were provided. The restaurants, the forest the supermarket and the beach was about 20-30 mins drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. 😞 - Everything was really great . Only small problem for us was sharing a toilet between six guests. We still managed well.

Beautifully presented home 😀 - Great location, beautiful. Beautifully presented and clean inside. Attention to detail. Stocked with lots of little extras, coffee pods and tea bags. Lots of kitchen equipment provided. Close to lots of amenities. Felt safe and secure. 😞 - The double bed was two singles pushed together, would have been more comfortable to have a double bed though I can see how this would benefit others that stay. Had a note from a neighbour left on the car stating that Airbnb people had to park on the gravel and not in front of the house (any houses owned had cars parked in front so assumed this was okay).

😀 - Very clean and well maintained property, modern interior and spacious enough, Great location just 10 minutes from Peppa pig world. Lovely surrounding areas of new forest to 😞 - Don't park in the courtyard for any period of time as the neighbours will be sure to remind you not to.

Fabulous property & location 😀 - Charming is the perfect word to describe it. Fabulous property in a fabulous location. Perfect for a family stay. 😞 - There was nothing to dislike about the property. Some residents do have their dogs running around. Thankfully, we love dogs, and they were friendly, but if someone disliked or was afraid of dogs, they may get a fright.

Really nice place. In the middle of the forest 😀 - Nicely finished and great space 😞 - All good, other than one of the bed mattresses could need replacing as it had collapsed.
