					Really enjoyed our stay! Phil gave clear instructions and everything was easy to follow and understand. We were very happy with how clean the property was as that was our main requirement when looking for Airbnb’s. It’s comfortable, spacious and relaxing in the evenings as there’s no noise from outside. Ideal for a couple or a family of 3-4. Perfect location if you’re going to Paulton Park and not far from the main villages. Thanks for a great stay!

						Really enjoyed our stay! Phil gave clear instructions and everything was easy to follow and understand. It’s comfortable, spacious and relaxing in the evenings as there’s no noise from outside. Ideal for a couple or a family of 3-4. 					Brilliant overall, nice and quiet area and lovely house. We’ll be back. 😀 - Well presented and clean to high standard. All usual amenities and lot of complimentary tea and coffee. Additional WC downstairs was big plus too. Living room/Kitchen area was nice and cool in really hot weather. 😞 - It was unusually hot weather and would have appreciated an additional table fan. There was only one available in the house.

					The property feels really special and worked very well for our family’s needs. Perfect as a base for exploring the local area and as far as the Isle of Wight. We booked very last minute and Phil was immediately very communicative which helped us immensely with settling our plans.

					We booked Silver Birch for two nights to celebrate my sister’s birthday. When we arrived, we found the property to be spotlessly clean, spacious and although modern in style, had a real homely feel. We loved eating together at the table, as well as playing board games, and spent one evening watching films whilst lounging on the comfy settee. A beautiful property and a stunning location for exploring the New Forest. We were at the tale end of another heatwave so would love to come back in the winter and explore the forest more.We had read reviews about certain neighbours but were respectful and I personally found her friendly and approachable. Thank you Phil- we had a perfect mini break and may be back some day!

						We booked Silver Birch for two nights to celebrate my sister’s birthday. When we arrived, we found the property to be spotlessly clean, spacious and although modern in style, had a real homely feel. We loved eating together at the table, as well as playing board games, and spent one evening watching films whilst lounging on the comfy settee. A beautiful property and a stunning location for exploring the New Forest. We were at the tale end of another heatwave so would love to come back in the winter and explore the forest more.We had read reviews about certain neighbours but were respectful and I personally found her friendly and approachable. Thank you Phil- we had a perfect mini break and may be back some day!

We were only in the area due to a family medical emergency and needed somewhere to stay fast, so we were pleased we were able to find you at such short notice and for you to be so accommodating, well priced for 7 nights AND dog friendly. You could really tell you take pride in your place and we felt very comfortable, everything was thought of, even the little touch of a cook book. 😞 - The only fault we could make would be if that the accommodation was to possibly have an en-suite. Although the accommodation was big enough for 7 of us and we did not feel squashed at all, an en-suite would have made us feel slightly more comfortable instead of sharing and waiting for one bathroom. However a very clean, spacious and well presented bathroom.
